I can’t blame Jones for recent events, but I didn’t like her book to begin with.

How long does it take to figure out that you just need to live in the moment?

This book is lush, beautifully written, full of lovable characters, and just a joy to read.

Clayton’s book has a very interesting take on slavery, beauty, and the lengths to which people will go to achieve it.

I learned a lot about the radium girls from reading this book, but the argument that it would have worked better as historical fiction is valid.

I didn’t love this audiobook about Zelda Fitzgerald, but I did enjoy it and I learned a lot about the most famous couple of the Jazz Age.

This book is well written, I just couldn’t get on board with the characters and at times it felt like Egan was trying to do too much in one book.

I thought it was pretty weak for Atwood to retell this play by having her main character put on a production of the play.

I did enjoy this book, but it didn’t quite live up to the very high expectations that had been set for me.

I didn’t love this book as much as I did “The God of Small Things,” but the other members of my book club liked it even less.
