It doesn’t seem possible.
It feels like
You could be sitting at home,
At the office,
Running errands.
I could see your name pop up
On my caller ID
Any minute now…
But I won’t.
I know I won’t.
And yet I don’t believe it.
How can someone
Who was so much a part of my life,
My every day,
Just be gone?
